EXPERIENCE

Aashish Goswami joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Aashish was a Principal at THL Partners and part of its Strategic Resource Group. Previously, he served as a Division Vice President at DaVita, with general management responsibilities for both inpatient and clinic-based dialysis operations. Earlier in his career, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
 

EDUCATION

Aashish earned an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BS double-major in chemical engineering and biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
