EXPERIENCE

Alena Harrison joined Bain Capital in 2020. She is an Operating Partner on the Double Impact team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Alena was a Senior Director at CVS Health, where she held roles across product development and operations for CVS’ Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Prior to joining CVS Health, Alena was a consultant at Bain & Company.

EDUCATION

Alena received an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in economics and psychology from Amherst College.
