Alice Deller

EXPERIENCE

Alice Deller joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group for the Europe Private Equity team. Alice supports our portfolio companies with people and talent initiatives.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Alice spent nine years with Google where she helped to build and lead the executive recruiting function across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has spent her entire career working with executive level talent and is a certified Executive Coach. Before Google, Alice worked for Apple, helping to set up their in-house executive search function. Prior to that, she was with Russell Reynolds Associates.

EDUCATION

Alice received a BA from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Professional Certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School.
