EXPERIENCE

Andrew Viens joined Bain Capital in 2005.  He is a Partner, Head of Risk and Process Management for Capital Markets, and Chairman of the Risk and Oversight Committee. Andrew leads initiatives focused on improving business process outcomes and risk management.  From 2005 – 2022, he was Global Head of Operations for the Credit, Special Situations, Public Equity, and Partnership Strategies businesses.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Andrew led the Treasury Operations function at Investors Bank and Trust and held various leadership positions at BankBoston.

Andrew received a BA from Assumption University.
