Brendan Warrington

EXPERIENCE

Brendan joined the Bain Capital Real Estate team in 2022.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Brendan was an Associate on the Acquisitions team at LEM Capital where he supported the group in the underwriting and due diligence of multifamily acquisitions across the United States. Previously, he was an Analyst on the Acquisitions & Asset Management team at Rubenstein Partners where he assisted in the acquisition, business plan execution, and disposition efforts for the firm’s value-added office funds.

EDUCATION

Brendan received a BS, cum laude, in finance from Penn State University.
