EXPERIENCE

Christopher McCobb joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Vice President of Compensation on the Human Resources team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Christopher was Vice President of Compensation at Fidelity Investments, where he supported the Personal Investing organization. Previously, he held compensation practitioner roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Iron Mountain, and The TJX Companies.

EDUCATION

Christopher received a BA in economics from Boston College. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a designation issued by WorldatWork.
