EXPERIENCE

Claire Thompson joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is a Vice President on the Technology Opportunities team in Boston. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Claire was an Associate at Goldman Sachs Private Equity in New York, focusing on late-stage investments in the technology sector. Immediately prior to her MBA, she led strategy for Uber Eats in the Northern Europe, based in the Netherlands.

EDUCATION

Claire received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a BA in mathematics.
