EXPERIENCE

Daniel Berke joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Principal on the Special Situations team, focused on real estate investments, including property-level debt and equity as well as capital solutions for real estate businesses and assets.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Daniel was a Principal on the investments team at Affinius Capital (formerly Square Mile Capital Management), covering the firm’s opportunistic and preferred equity fund strategies. He began his career in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities.

EDUCATION

Daniel received a BS in economics magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
