EXPERIENCE

Danielle Guyot Payne joined Bain Capital in 2014. She is a Senior Vice President and the Head of GP.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Danielle was a Fund Controller at Audax Group focused on mezzanine debt and internal co-investment funds. Previously, she was a member of the finance team at Flagship Pioneering.

EDUCATION

Danielle received her MBA from Boston University with a concentration in finance. She graduated from Bentley University with a BS in economics-finance and a minor in information technology.
