EXPERIENCE

Dave Dyer joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Director on the Real Estate team focused on asset management in the working sector.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Dave was a Director at Nuveen, managing over 3 million square feet of office and life science assets with a market value in excess of $2 billion. Previously, he served as an Asset Manager at The RMR Group and Digital Realty where he was responsible for managing diverse portfolios including traditional office, medical office, life science, industrial, and data center assets.

EDUCATION

Dave holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and received a BA in computer science and Spanish from Amherst College.
