Denise Romano

EXPERIENCE

Denise Romano joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is a Senior Vice President and the Head of Fund Tax for Private Markets, responsible for managing fund tax matters, including those related to deal structuring.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Denise was a tax director in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at PwC, providing tax consulting services to private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

EDUCATION

Denise received her LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
