EXPERIENCE

Dhruv Kataria joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Senior Vice President and the Head of IT for Capital Markets, supporting the Credit, Special Situations, Public Equity, and Partnership Strategies businesses.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Dhruv served as the Global Head of IT for Securitized Markets Trading and as Head of Data for Spread Products at Citigroup’s Investment Bank. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Software Developer at Merrill Lynch.

EDUCATION

Dhruv received a master's in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter.
