Frederique Verachten

EXPERIENCE

Fréderique Verachten joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Vice President on the Credit team and member of the Private Credit group. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Fréderique was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, working primarily on large-cap leveraged loans and high-yield bond issuances across Europe.

EDUCATION

Fréderique received an MFin from Vlerick Business School, an MSc in business engineering from the University of Antwerp, and a BS in business engineering from KU Leuven.
