EXPERIENCE

Gary Shang joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Vice President and member of the Healthcare vertical on the Europe Private Equity team. Gary focuses on investments in the healthcare sector and the Swiss market.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Gary worked at the Boston Consulting Group in the Zurich office, where he focused on due diligences and strategy projects primarily across the healthcare and industrials sectors.

EDUCATION

Gary received an MEng and a BA in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge.
