EXPERIENCE

Harold Krause joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Associate on the Insurance team.

Prior to joining, he was an actuarial consultant at Ernst & Young focusing on Bermudan reinsurance transactions, fixed-income portfolio optimization, and asset-liability modelling.

EDUCATION

Harold is an FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) and received a BA in actuarial science from the University of Connecticut.
