EXPERIENCE

Hiroshi Nishijima joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to Bain Capital, Hiroshi worked for multiple technology companies in India, Singapore and Japan, holding CXO / Leadership positions. Before that, he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, a Project Manager at Roland Berger and a Project Leader of Product Planning division at Honda Motor.

EDUCATION

Hiroshi received a BA of law from Keio University.
