Iain Ware

EXPERIENCE

Iain Ware joined Bain Capital in 2010. He is a Partner on the Double Impact team. Iain leads Double Impact's investments in the Education and Workforce Development verticals and is also active in the Sustainability vertical. Previously, he was a member of the Private Equity team within the Technology and Financial & Business Services verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Iain worked in private equity for 3i Group and started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
 

EDUCATION

Iain received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and was awarded a Siebel Scholarship for academic achievement and community leadership.  He also earned a BA in economics from Yale University.
