Ian (Youngwook) Lee

EXPERIENCE

Ian Lee joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Special Situations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ian was a Managing Director at Kolmar Korea Holdings and a Co-CEO at its bio subsidiary. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager. 
 

EDUCATION

Ian received an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Seoul National University.
