EXPERIENCE
Ina Xhafa joined Bain Capital in 2015. She is a Director on the Credit team in the Industry Research group.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ina worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in London.
EDUCATION
Ina received an MSc and a BSc from Bocconi University.
