EXPERIENCE

James Hole joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is an Operating Partner on the Special Situations team, working with companies to build their value creation capabilities.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, James was a strategy and transformation executive at Westpac. Previously, he was a Senior Director at Simon Kucher and Partners.

EDUCATION

James received an MBA from Stanford University and bachelors of engineering and science from the University of Sydney.
