EXPERIENCE

Jay Ng joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Vice President on the Special Situations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jay was an Associate with Crescent Capital Group, where he focused on mezzanine investments. Previously, he was a member of the investment team at Northwestern Mutual Capital.

EDUCATION

Jay received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in finance and economics from Indiana University.
