EXPERIENCE

Johannes Mella joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Johannes held various executive roles at two venture-backed software companies. He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group, working in the Oslo and New York offices, where he focused on corporate strategy, large-scale transformations, and M&A.

EDUCATION

Johannes earned a master's in finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
