John Belitsos

EXPERIENCE

John Belitsos joined Bain Capital in 2005. He is a Partner on the North America Private Equity team.  John focuses on capital markets, structured equity investing, distressed investing, continuation funds and secondaries, and portfolio management for stressed companies.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, John was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions for companies in the technology, media, and telecommunications industries.

EDUCATION

John received an MBA from Harvard Business School after graduating with an AB in economics from Harvard College.
