EXPERIENCE

Joshua joined the Bain Capital Real Estate team in 2022. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was an Acquisitions Analyst at WHI Real Estate Partners L.P., where he assisted in analyzing and closing real estate investments on behalf of the firm’s discretionary funds. Prior to that, he was an Asset Management Analyst at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
 

EDUCATION

Joshua graduated from The Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in business administration and specializations in finance, real estate, and risk management.
