EXPERIENCE

JP Chilazi joined Bain Capital in 2013. He is a Managing Director in the Strategic Capital Group. Previously, JP was a member of the North America Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Healthcare vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, JP was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused primarily on strategy and operations for companies across various industries.
 

EDUCATION

JP received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated cum laude with an AB in economics from Harvard College.
