EXPERIENCE

Kathleen Rockey initially joined Bain Capital in 2001 and rejoined the firm in 2006. She is a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer for Capital Markets, responsible for human capital and administration. Kathleen also supports Partnership Strategies and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kathleen was a Manager in Human Resources at The Boston Consulting Group where she focused on compensation and firm-wide performance management.

EDUCATION

Kathleen received an MBA from Bentley College and a BS from Boston College.
