Kavindi Wickremage

EXPERIENCE

Kavindi Wickremage joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is Partner and member of Real Estate’s founding team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kavindi was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and managing HMC’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC, she was a Project Manager in the Boston office of Bovis Lend Lease. While there, Kavindi worked on the development of Ritz Carlton Towers, a large scale mixed use project in downtown Boston, and on the development of a complex biotech asset, the Merck Pharmaceuticals Research and Development facility in the Fenway, Boston.

EDUCATION

Kavindi holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received a BS magna cum laude in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University.
