Kim McCaslin

EXPERIENCE

Kim McCaslin joined Bain Capital in 2006.  She is a Partner and Head of the North America Private Equity Portfolio Group.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kim was a Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development for Capital One Financial. Prior to that, she was a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, where she advised companies across a variety of industries. Kim started her career at Accenture, focusing primarily on business process redesign and financial systems development.

EDUCATION

Kim received an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from Wake Forest University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
