EXPERIENCE

Kim Soviero joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North America Private Equity team.


Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kim was COO at Independent Home, a private equity-backed consumer business. Previously, she led strategy and operations at Sakara Life, a wellness brand and nutrition company. Before Sakara Life, she was a consultant at Bain & Company. Kim began her career as a General Manager with Hillstone Restaurant Group.
 

EDUCATION

Kim earned an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA in psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
