EXPERIENCE

Kristine Mushnick joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is a Vice President of Compensation supporting the Special Situations, Credit, Insurance, Public Equity, and Partnership Strategies teams.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kristine was the Head of Sales & Enterprise Compensation at Invesco. Previously, she worked for MFS Investment Management where she an Assistant Vice President, Compensation.
