EXPERIENCE

Laura Gram joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North America Private Equity team. Laura focuses on supply chain and operational excellence to help build and grow our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Laura was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal where she led supply chain optimization and transformation projects across multiple industries. Previously, she held supply chain and operations leadership roles at Lennox International, Tivoli Audio, Boston Beer Company, and General Mills.

EDUCATION

Laura earned an MBA from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated summa cum laude with a BSBA from The Ohio State University.
