EXPERIENCE

Laura Hilton joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is Head of Executive Talent for the Ventures team, focused on growth portfolio companies. She collaborates with founders and leaders on their executive talent strategy. Laura also plays a key role in expanding and strengthening our talent ecosystem

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Laura held global executive recruiting roles at Stripe. Previously, she was Global Head of Talent Acquisition for AppDirect. Before that, Laura was a digital media planner at Mullen.

EDUCATION

Laura graduated with a degree in economics from Stonehill College.
