EXPERIENCE

Liam Harvey joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Vice President on the Real Estate team, focused on acquisitions, portfolio management, and dispositions across various real estate property sectors.

Prior to Bain Capital, Liam was the Director of Investments at Aspen Heights Partners, a vertically integrated developer of student housing, multifamily and build-to-rent assets throughout the United States. Liam began his career at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm in New York specializing in market-rate multifamily investments.

EDUCATION

Liam received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in finance from Boston College, and a BSBA in international economics from the University of Central Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude.
