EXPERIENCE

Lukas Gregg joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Managing Director and member of Real Estate’s founding team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lukas was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group, responsible for the acquisition, portfolio management, and disposition of HMC’s real estate investments. In addition, he helped evaluate real estate private equity and venture capital funds as well as other corporate-level investments. Prior to joining HMC in 2014, Lukas worked in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking Group at Jefferies.

EDUCATION

Lukas received a BS in finance from Wake Forest University.
