EXPERIENCE

Lydia Brummer joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is an Associate on the Tech Opportunities team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lydia worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was a member of their private equity practice and worked on due diligences, post-acquisition projects, and corporate strategy projects across Europe and the US.

EDUCATION

Lydia holds a doctorate in law from the University of Munich. She is a German-qualified lawyer (non-practicing).
