EXPERIENCE

Lynette Vanderwarker joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is Head of Strategy for the Special Situations business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lynette was a Partner at Iron Park Capital, now General Atlantic Credit, and Chief Strategy Officer at Angel Island Capital, now Nassau Global Credit. Lynette was also the Head of Credit Strategy at KKR and Head of Fixed Income Strategy at BlackRock. She began her career at Goldman Sachs.

EDUCATION

Lynette earned an MPA from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Northwestern University.
