EXPERIENCE

Marisa Femenia joined Bain Capital in 2017. She is a Partner and member of the Portfolio Group for North America Private Equity.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Marisa was the CEO of LQM Petroleum Services, a marine oil brokerage and trading firm. Prior to LQM, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she primarily focused on companies in the retail, luxury, and consumer goods sectors. Marisa began her career in Accenture’s Strategy Group in New York.

EDUCATION

Marisa received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Princeton University in European history, with a minor in French literature.
