Matt Sears joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Principal on the Double Impact team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Matt was an associate with AEA Investors working across a variety of industries in the Small Business Fund. He started his career as an analyst with Wells Fargo Securities.
EDUCATION
Matt graduated cum laude with a BS in economics and BA in business administration from Washington and Lee University.
