Max Lechtman joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team. Before joining Bain Capital full-time, Max worked across the Real Estate platform in acquisitions, portfolio management, and dispositions.

Max graduated magna cum laude with a BS in business administration from Northeastern University.
