EXPERIENCE

Nicole LoRusso joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Customer Development Manager on the Ventures team, partnering with portfolio companies in the apps domain by building buyer, channel partner, and potential acquirer relationships. Nicole helps portfolio companies scale by providing a range of go-to-market assistance, from introductions to potential customers and strategic partners to curated go-to-market advice.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Nicole was a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Airtable. Previously, she was a Client Success Manager at Yext and an Account Manager at M Science. Nicole began her career at Thomson Reuters.
 

EDUCATION

Nicole has a BS in business administration and management from Skidmore College.
