Olivia Howard

EXPERIENCE

Olivia Howard joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner in the Industrial vertical and member of the Portfolio Group for North America Private Equity. Olivia is focused primarily on investments in distribution, industrials and industrial services. She also has worked in the Consumer, Healthcare & Technology verticals. She is one of the leaders of culture and people efforts in North America and recruiting, development and value creation approaches for the Portfolio Group.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Olivia was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where she consulted in the consumer, media, and healthcare industries.

EDUCATION

Olivia received a BA magna cum laude from Columbia College.
