EXPERIENCE

Tricia Winton joined Bain Capital in 2020. She is a Partner and Head of Sustainability & Impact for the firm. Tricia has over 25 years of experience building effective and successful businesses, focusing on value creation, organization performance, and responsible operations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she worked at ArcLight Capital Partners for 12 years where she led ESG, Strategy, and Human Capital.  Previously, she advised public sector, private sector, and non-profits at McKinsey & Company and led client relationship management at Cambridge Associates.

 

EDUCATION

Tricia earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BA from Dartmouth College.
