Rahul Parikh

EXPERIENCE

Rahul Parikh joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rahul was an Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Santander and Credit Suisse, advising public and private companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to Credit Suisse, Rahul was a Summer Analyst at Starwood Capital Group in their Real Estate Acquisitions team, supporting the evaluation and underwriting of real estate investments across various asset classes.

EDUCATION

Rahul graduated cum laude with a BS in finance and accounting and a minor in statistics from Georgetown University where he was also the recipient of the Michelle Xue Outstanding Senior Award from the Georgetown University Steers Center for Global Real Estate.
