EXPERIENCE

Raynah Pereira joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Vice President of Human Resources for Asia.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Raynah was the APAC Head of Diversity and APAC Head for Talent Development for Goldman Sachs. She has worked across telecommunications (Optus) and banking (HSBC) industries in Sydney, London, and Hong Kong.

EDUCATION

Raynah received a Master of Business in human resources management and a Master of Education in adult education from the University of Technology, Sydney.
