EXPERIENCE

Rob joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Senior Vice President on the Special Situations team and a member of the North America Portfolio Group.

Prior to Bain Capital, Rob was a Principal at Google, where he led product and business strategy initiatives across Google Pixel, Fitbit, and Google Home. Rob also spent time in a 20% capacity with the Google Ventures consumer team. Prior to Google, Rob was an Associate and Analyst in the EMEA M&A team at Nomura.

EDUCATION

Rob holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BA in Economics & Philosophy from University College London.
