Ryan McMurchy joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ryan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on capital market and M&A assignments for public and private companies

Ryan graduated cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College.
