EXPERIENCE

Ryland Dandreta joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Vice President on the Real Estate team, focused on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions across the life science, office, and studio sectors.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ryland was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for real estate equity acquisitions and asset management across asset classes, risk profiles, and fund strategies. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate investing and investment management.

EDUCATION

Ryland graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
