EXPERIENCE

Samantha Carberry joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is a Principal and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Samantha worked at Pacific Equity Partners where she focused on investments in the healthcare, consumer and financial services sectors. Before Pacific Equity Partners, she worked in Private Equity at BGH Capital and was a Senior Strategy & M&A Manager at REA Group. Samantha began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in Australia. 

EDUCATION

Samantha received a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, with Dean’s Commendations.
