Sophia Schwanke joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a People Programs Manager on the Ventures team, focusing on growth and development. She supports internal stakeholders through fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and driving performance development.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sophia worked at Asana, TripActions, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.

EDUCATION

Sophia Schwanke graduated from University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
