EXPERIENCE

Takaaki Hara joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Vice President on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Takaaki was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group having worked in the Tokyo and Washington DC offices, where he mainly focused on corporate strategy, operational transformation, and M&A related engagements. Prior to joining The Boston Consulting Group, he was a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger in Tokyo.

EDUCATION

Takaaki received a BA in Economics from Keio University.
